Ground Shipping

Delivery in 5-10 business days after placing your order. 

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update. 

Ground Shipping orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS Mail.

At its discretion, the mail provider will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, the provider may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at your local UPS/USPS office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local UPS/USPS office for details.

 

Expedited Next Day Shipping (Excluding Weekend)

Orders must be placed before 5:30 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday. 

2nd Day Shipping

Orders must be placed before 5:30 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday. 

3 Day Select Shipping

Orders must be placed before 5:30 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

 

P.O. Boxes

Orders submitted with a P.O. box for shipping address will not be processed.

Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with ATLWOODGEAR.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your payment.

Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • You may not return or exchange: sale items, lingerie, sunglasses, and gift certificates.
  • Shipping and handling on returned merchandise are nonrefundable.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.

How do I make an Exchange?

You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item. Just follow the return instructions and mark the box labeled exchange.

How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?

Once we have received your merchandise at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.

How do I make a Return?

In your package, you will receive directions explaining how to send back your return items.  Please fill out the form included in your package and ship it back with your return.  Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with a tracking number. Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. By shopping with us you have agreed to the return/exchange policies stated above.

Order Status

  • We process orders within 3 business days of placing your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.

    International Orders

    We are so sorry for any inconvenience, but we are unable to ship international orders at this time.
